Designed to meet local and state/provincial plumbing codes for double separation of potable water from boiler water, and other non-potable fluids. A cost effective, full range heat exchanger, the DW Series is a "TRUE" Double Wall Vented design, with double wall plates and double seal fluid ports, both of which have positive leak detection. The DW Series also has "FULL THICKNESS" 316L Stainless Steel Plates, copper brazed for longer life and reliability. Highly compact and easy to install. Ideal for new construction or shell and tube replacement. UL Listed. Optional ASME Code.

• True Double Wall - Designed as a true double wall, using 316L Stainless Steel Plates, copper brazed.

• Full Plate Thickness – The DW Series uses full thickness plates (.4mm), not HALF thickness like other plate heat exchanger manufacturers. This assures long life and customer satisfaction.
• High Pressure Rating – The DW Series is rated at 450psig design pressure. Unlike shell/tube designs and other plate design that are limited to 150psig, the DW Series' higher pressure rating makes it more versatile for demanding applications.
• Rugged and Reliable Design – When you take full thickness plate design, combined with a higher pressure rating, the result is higher reliability that is new to double wall, vented heat exchangers.
• Fluid Connections – MPT Standard connections. Optional Fittings include: FPT, European BSPT, Butt Weld, and IDS Sweat Connections
• Code Approvals–Standard models are U.L. Listed and Canadian CRN registered. Options include: ASME UM stamped and European PED(CE) approval.
• Vent Hole, Leak Indication - Two vent holes are designed into the DW Series to provide leak indication. If a plate breach or failureever occurs, the fluid(s) will leak from these vents, indicating a problem and preventing cross-contamination of the fluids.
• Mounting Stud Bolts-for easy mounting and installation.
